As a freelance content strategist for the Virginia Department of General Services (contract), I led a content strategy project for several sections of their site. I performed stakeholder interviews and user research, managed content audits, and handled content, audience, competitive and keyword analysis. I used these findings to determine a new content strategy, SEO and content guidelines, and to create copy.
